Choix pour un anniversaire. Un décorum simple et sans ligne directrice. Si la cuisine est au top, des erreurs dans le service (pose des couverts lors du changement des assiettes, self service pour le vin au cours du repas.....)

Un excellent étoilé, des plats originaux, pleins de saveurs et pleins de générosité.Des prix de menus très raisonnables.Je recommande vivement cette superbe adresse et leur jolie terrasse.Bravo au chef et à l'équipe, il est rare d'être aussi bien reçu. Ver carta

We had a wonderful meal at this contemporary bistrot with famous chef brothers. Can't fault a thing about it from the welcome to the service and amazing food (I had the fresh local river trout). It has a gastronomic restaurant and hotel that sadly we didn't have time to try.

Our meal, from start to finish, was excellent. A simple - but, ah, so tasty - tomato starter, fish for the main and strawberry tiramisu to finish. The dishes were simple but extremely delicious, and at a very reasonable price. I have to say that I preferred the bistrot dinner to the one we had at their Michelin-starred restaurant in every respect, not only pricewise. It was deliciously simple and simply delicious.

Un déjeuner en famille en ce début août nous a mené dans cet excellent restaurant. En retrait de la frénésie de la côte, dans un écrin de verdure offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la Rhune et la campagne environnante, nous avons goûté à l'excellente cuisine toute en finesse d'un des frères Ibarboure et ce à des prix très raisonnables. We were blown away by the food at BriketBistrot - it's well priced and the quality of food is amazing. We had three courses (including meat, pasta and dessert) and all were delicious. If you want to experience the cote basque's best restaurant (which is attached to the other side of this restaurant and runs out of the same kitchen), but don't want to drop a bomb of money, then this is your option.The atmosphere and service were both also super. Five stars!

We had a wonderful lunch here. The patio is beautiful with nice views of the mountains. The food was outstanding and the tasting menus very reasonably priced given the quality of the food. I had the zucchini flower, the steak, and the strawberry dessert- all delicious. My husband loved the foie gras, the pigeon and peach dessert. The complimentary dessert treats were delicious as well. Service was excellent. A great stop (with easy parking) on the way to Biarritz. Highly recommended!

We have visited this restaurant quite a few times. In our experience there is nowhere better in the area for reliable fine dining. The menu is well constructed and the staff are consistently helpful and efficient. The wine list is high quality but allows for good mid-priced options. Just a great place to take visiting friends to impress. Local rivals might produce as good food on occasion but can be inconsistent either in quality or service. The atmosphere is not informal but is very relaxed and the ambience very good both outdoors when the weather allows or indoors. Ver carta
