I have performed at Broom Hall since the early '80s when it was a nightclub. Currently a beautiful refurbished Country Hotel with excellent food with stunning Garden views. We attended our Christmas party at Broom Hall last night, and we all said how the staff, the food and total ambience of the hall was amazing!! Definitely 5 star service!! Thank You to Everyone!! The night was so much fun and brought us all back together. If your thinking about booking a party/place for your future Festivities we would very much recommend this fabulous place.

Really enjoyed our stay , lovely building and grounds . Staff were really welcoming and made us feel very relaxed. The food was good , a great dining room , breakfast had a massive selection and was great , a slight criticism from me would be if you can't serve a quality sausage then don't serve one . We were totally spoilt with it being so quiet ? (Maybe the time of year I don't see any reason to not want to stay there or even just to dine . Thanks Broom Hall Ver carta

Really enjoyed our stay at Broom Hall, hotel and grounds are charming, our room was huge, beautifully decorated with bird wallpaper, lots of original features throughout the hotel. Food was well presented and tasty. Looks like they cater for weddings, this venue would be perfect. I would like to come back again and explore the area, I'm sure the walks in the rural countryside will be lovely. Rooms: Large rooms with many original features, i.e., original fireplace, radiators, high ceilings, etc. Each room was named after a bird. We were in goldcrest .

We booked for 3 here for boxing day lunch as I didn't fancy cooking again. We had pre ordered or meals and arrived just before 1pm. We were greeted at the door and shown to our beautifully dressed table in a well spaced dining room. Our drinks order was taken and complimentary bread rolls were served. We pulled our crackers and our starters arrived. My wife and daughter had Melon while I had the Prawn Cocktail. Very nicely presented and 3 empty plates were soon cleared by the very pleasant staff. I had the full Turkey roast with all the trimmings and the ladies both had sea bass and seasonal veg. The food was again delicious and piping hot. Dined here on the 9th of April for a Sunday lunch.. after having a great meal on our previous visit... but I have to express the meat on both plates. This visit was very disappointing, as we also noticed other diners having the same issue, the roast beef was wafer thin looked like it was taken out of some pre sealed roast meat pouches from a supermarket and the lamb shank was so slimy and tough to cut let alone chew. I witnessed an older lady seated across the room who spat the meat into some tissues as she was struggling to eat it.
