Absolute robbery . The food was all terrible and “pickled” because I assume they don’t have a chef and keep it in pantry. Incredibly rude staff . Furniture falling apart and looks like cheap garage store . Way overpriced for what it is.

Some of the dishes were more than disappointing the steamed hake with turnip was absolutely not up to par, although other choices were well executed. The cocktails were well priced tasty. Overall, the food was hit or miss pricey. Service, however, was fab.

Easy to access by public transport. Impressive building and beautiful interior. Perhaps too many chandeliers above! Expensive but,that s London! All food delicious. Drinks and starters served fast but main dishes really took ages. That s the only negative.

This restaurant is one of those gems that makes living in London so special! All of the dishes were so delicious, everything was so fresh and original. The waiters are super helpful and they have created a lovely atmosphere outside. Will definitely be returning.

The team couldn’t have done more for as a coeliac with multiple additional allergies. The kitchens washed down an area to cook my food separately so I was totally assured that it was safe. Our waiter Arthur was fantastic and looked after all 5 of us really well, given the restaurant was at capacity outside this was impressive. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This restaurant has been on my wish list for a while and so glad we finally made it. The eclectic dining room has so much to look at it's a great venue. The service was exemplary from the moment we arrived and the waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes, where the products were sourced and the best wine to accompany the meal. All the food was outstanding, we had starters which were fab, the special, which was venison and even found space for pudding. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

We came on Saturday to celebrate our anniversary. We had booked 'outdoors ' believing there was a garden based on photos from the website. Unfortunately these photos were misleading and actually 'outdoors ' means some benches right by the roundabout. It had just rained and we were sat on a wet bench at a wet table that was never dried, given wet plates and told the heaters didn 't work. We had been set on having a long lavish meal but we apologised to the staff and left after the starter as we were so cold and wet and nobody had taken our order for the main course despite our being there for over an hour. This really is a gem of a place. Whilst trying to seek out something different to the usual central London trappings, I read the reviews for Brunswick House and thought, what the heck. So glad I did. On the booking screen, it very cleverly highlighted that there was a wine and food tasting event available in the restaurant cellars for the night I was trying to book. We are wine lovers so, again. Upon placing our orders, we were told by the waiter that they were using a new ' concept ' in dining, whereby they would bring the items to the table in any order whenever they were ready from the kitchen, and that we were welcome to share them among ourselves. Upon questioning, he then explained that this was a very successful concept that had been operating in London for 8 years. In fact, the last of our 4 starters arrived 40 minutes after the first, and we waited over 2 hours for our mains.
