I just got out of the restaurant with my partner (a crappy box of fear) but when he eats well, it becomes ironic and fun. And tonight it was. Thanks Annalisa for the excellent food and for the swapped jokes that made us really enjoy. W la Buca!

Appetizer of the mediocre house: good enough croutons, but cheap meats. First dishes based on truffles (in the species, a dumpling and a lamb) disarming: non-existent flavor and dishes filled with oil/bureau. It was probably our mistake to ask the waitress to serve them without cream (as from their recipe): result in any bad case. You can't eat like that in Tuscany. Very good, on the contrary, fried porcini; the only dish we have eaten with taste. Nice and pleasant the idea to offer at the end of the meal a basket of chestnuts.

Structure with wooden floors and rustic and warm style. Beautiful view of the valley and great location to visit Arezzo, Cortona... Friendly staff, clean rooms. I did not appreciate the bedspread that, slipping on the sheets, for the type of processing, did not guarantee the night thermal comfort. I would have liked a mat to rest my feet from the shower. The breakfast room, which had hosted us for dinner, had not been swept/washed and with the beautiful sun entering the window on the valley, it was impossible not to notice it.
