"The Forst restaurant in Thunstetten has been in existence for over a hundred years and offers a culinary journey that appeals to all the senses. Relaxing means feeling good, as well as enjoying in a special ambience. Whether at a family party, business meeting, tête à tête or in transit, the stay in the forest is wonderful! When reading the visitors ' comments, you can see that the staff here are very polite. That is also true, because the Forst offers its guests a fabulous service. This place also has a Michelin selection. Switzerland 's restaurant guests have chosen the Forst restaurant in Thunstetten as one of the best restaurants in Switzerland! Experts also believe that ultimate comfort is guaranteed here. The owners Susanne Koch Andreas Koch, as well as the brother Peter Koch, ensure enjoyment and the physical well being of the guest. This time I had a wonderful lunch with my mother. We were spoiled with lots of little details from the aperitif to the dessert. The restaurant is wonderfully idyllic, far from traffic noise, in a beautiful, rural setting. The Forst is furnished with love and there are also antiques to admire. The garden area is located under an ancient chestnut and walnut tree and invites you to linger. On a warm summer afternoon or evening, it is a highlight to be able to enjoy the dishes in this special setting on the terrace.We would like to thank the whole team for the very fine and creative food, the relaxing and cosy ambience and for the very friendly service in the beautiful surroundings we would love to come back!"

"Die Bedienung ist ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Beim Blick in die Speisekarte, Schreibfehler. Es hat selbstgemachte Teigwaren, sonst eher typisch fade 0815 italienische Speisekarte. Ich hatte einen grünen Salat. Der kam mit ganzen Salatblättern und auf dem oberten Blatt eine Tonne dickflüssiger FRANZÖSISCHER Salatsauce. Dann eine kleine Pizza, die für mich eine grosse Pizza war. Die Pizza war sehr fade, zwar schön dünn und knusprig. Aber, nicht nennenswert um nochmals zu gehen. Mein Freund hatte Tomaten - Mozzarellasalat. Ganz grob geschnittene Mozzarellascheiben von einem qualitativ schlechten Mozzarella. Dann auch eine Pizza mit Schinken und Speck, der sehr grob geschnitten war, die ihm gar nicht schmeckte. Dazu gab es irgendein billiges Pizzaöl für oben drauf, nicht mit Olivenöl, sondern Sonnenblumenöl. Für uns ein Reinfall."

"Kleines einfach eingerichtetes Thai Reastaurant. Das Essen ist Original Thailändisch und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Wenn man das Essen "scharf" bestellt, dann kommt es WIRKLICH SCHARF ! Also Vorsicht wenn man noch nicht kennt was in Thailand unter "scharf" verstanden wird ! Selbstverständlch kann man das Essen auch "nicht zu scharf" bestellen. Wochentags gibt es ein Mittagsbuffet "a discretion" für 16 Franken, wobei noch ein Kaffee inbegriffen ist. Dies ist sicher ein super Preisleistungsverhältnis !"

"Excellent!!! VERY friendly service. Almost too much. I found the mixed salad uniquely delicious. The blueberries make the subtle difference! The cordon bleu was delicious. I actually have nothing to criticize! Maybe you could switch to more expensive napkins, but that's complaining at the highest level. Price/performance excellent."
