We (my mother and I) had given each other vouchers for a massage at the Bülow Palais. It should be a relaxed day to compensate for stressful professional and family life. The Hotel Bülow Palais is very well located — in the Dresden Neustadt, walking distance to the attractions in Dresden. So ideal for exploring the city and still quiet. The staff is incredible. All are service-oriented, always with the view for the customer. You feel comfortable. I would like to highlight the breakfast. So many delicious dishes I have rarely seen and eaten. We loved this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and the front desk staff spoke impeccable English so that we did not have to subject them to our broken German. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was especially impressive with a nice variety of semi-healthy food including fruit and vegetables to help balance out all the rich dinners we ate every night.
