"Today is my birthday and I am absolutely fuming with how the restaurant have treated my friends and myself. Let’s start from the beginning. We came into the restaurant and were seated promptly. We were given the usual good service and whilst the food was alright, there were no red flags. Until when the bill came. The total came to €70 between the three of us. We paid in part cash/part card, and the waitress Sharon came and took away two €20 notes and a card receipt for €30. Whilst they were processing the bill, we were sorting out a tip. A few moments later, Sharon came back with another waitor, stating that we are €20 short. My friends and I were confused by this, as Sharon had counted the amount on the table before she left to put the money in the till. We told them this and that they need to count again. This is where the service became disgusting. They then proclaimed that we were liars and were screaming at us to pay the rest of the amount. They then got another table of two rude French women to back up their claims and that we were thieves and liars! We were completely in shock, as we kept asking them to check their tills or the waitress to see if she dropped it but they were not having it. The rude French women were then yelling obscenities at us, though we were confused as to why they were getting involved and the waiters kept threatening to call the police on us foreigners. We were extremely upset by how the experience had gone south and because we were not from the country, we didn’t stand a chance against them, especially since it was us against a large group of staff. In the end, we had to pay extra just so they could LET US LEAVE the restaurant as they refused to let us go otherwise they’d call the police. I am absolutely sure that this is a disgusting tourist scam and that once they see a foreigner, all they see is an opportunity for some quick cash. PLEASE AVOID THIS HORRIBLE TOURIST TRAP, AND IF YOU DO GO AND YOU ARE FLEECED OUT OF MONEY LIKE US, CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY. I HOPE THIS PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN."

Food is not too bad just don't understand why a miserable french man would continue to work here if he hates it so much He was surly,rude and couldn't want to get our bill to be rid of us in fact it looked like his tables were the ones with the fastest turn around as he got people out as soon as possible This pale is a poor mans Hard Rock Cafe

4 from oz had 2 Sherriff's Specils for€19,95.the were Quesadillas and salad for starters and rump steak and potato for mains. The wife and I shared The Mixed Grill for 2. This had rump steak, BBQ Ribs, kebabs and chicken wings in 4 different sauces. The red wine chosen by manager Samba, was a good selection aas was the service. Just across the road from Moulin Rouge. Pop in.

I don't like eating in fast food, but it causes rain suddenly, we come in for a quick lunch. everything obviously from fast food except for the price, rather expensive. and the command was wrong, and we waited so long to eat meat that I, having taken a salad, stopped waiting for the reach of my husband. At the end she arrived, hot and cooked well. However, I suggest you go only if you can't help him.

We decided to grab a bite to eat here before visiting Moulin Rouge. The food was not too bad, we especially enjoyed their taquitos however the service was extremely poor. After asking to have my steak cooked rare, I was told firmly by the waiter that medium would be fine for me, I didn't really get a choice in the matter. We tried to get his attention several times and eventually just gave up and ate what we were given. Chips were cold when they were served. Reasonable prices, but definitely not service with a smile.

We went there last night for dinner, the place was ok overall but the service was slow and not attentive. I ordered an hamburger menu and my girlfriend one single burger, a normal order, nothing difficult, but they managed to take her the wrong burger. We sent it back and waited quite a bit for the correct one. when it was time to pay I discovered that on the bill they not only didn’t sign that i had ordered a menu(and not separate things that clearly costed more) but they also counted that my gf had had 2 burgers… when i advised them of their error they were rude and not kind at all like as it was my mistake. After having eaten at a Buffalo Grill in Annemasse, we were absolutely amazed to find an American restaurant in France with authentic, delicious American food! So after finding out that there are several BG Restaurants in Paris, we decided to give it a try despite the bad reviews. However, when we got there, it was a huge disappointment.
