Bulow's Steak Restaurant

I had lunch in the restautrant and the food was very well prepared and very tasty. The restaurant bekongs to the family-run Polar Stern Hotel, and is just a personal as the hotel. Recommendable.

Leider hatten wir schon gegessen!!Denn hier kommen sehr gute Steaks aus der Küche. Die Bar ist ein Highlight in der Straße!! Der Bar-Mann ein echter Profi und die Drinks Hammer lecker!! Unbedingt hingehen!!

Heute waren wir mit der ganzen Familie essen im Bülows Steak Restaurant und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt! Das ganze Ambiente ist sehr schön, die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut! Die Menus sind abwechslungsreich und einfallsreich. Wo sonst gibt es Steak und Riesencrevetten mit Salat und Knoblauchbaguette? Und zum Dessert noch Eis-Whisky?Wir haben den Abend genossen und können den Ort nur weiterempfehlen! Ver carta

Wir waren mit zwei kleineren Kindern in dem Restaurant. Der Service war sehr nett und brachte uns sofort passende Sitzmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, außerdem gibt es Malutensilien, die das warten erleichtern, obwohl wir auch auf das Essen nicht lange warten mussten. Es wurde auch gefragt, ob das Essen der Kinder etwas vorher kommen soll. Insgesamt ein sehr mitdenkender Service.Das Essen ist sehr gut, sowohl die Haloumi als auch die Steaks. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist die sehr gute Weinkarte. Das Creme Brulet als Nachspeise kann ich auch empfehlen.

Das Rindsfilet und das Rumpsteak waren zart und auf den Punkt gebraten. Die Kartoffelspalten waren iO, aber meine Rösti hat mich entäuscht. Es kamen 3! winzige Industrie-Röstitaler! Von den wird man nicht satt. Ich bestellte dann noch einen Apfelstrudel mit Vanilliesauce. Leider musste ich über 25 Minuten auf diesen warten. Es kam ein schön dekorierter Teller mit einem winzigen Stück Strudel und mit vielleicht zwei Esslöffel Sauce. Der Strudel war teigig und die Sauce war wie Vanilleschlagsahne. Alles in allem nichts besonderes und viel zu teuer für das was gekommen ist. Die Bedienung war schnell, nett und aufmerksam.

Die persönliche Tischreservierung verlief recht unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Einziger Kommentar: Wenn wir nicht pünktlich sind, wir der Tisch nach 15 Minuten vergeben. Das es sich um ein Geburtstagsessen handelt, interessiert die Dame auch nicht. Ich bat um einen Tisch im Aussenbereich, als wir eintrafen, wußte man davon nichts. Wir bekamen dennoch einen Tisch im Aussenbereich(leider keinen guten Tisch). Der Service war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Der Salat war sehr lecker, leider hat man es nicht geschafft, die Garstufen bei den Rinderfilets hinzubekommen. Hey there,So i have been with my friends from High School as a little gather up after couple of years at Kühlungsborn.We walked by the place and reserved a table for 5. From the beginning as we entered the place the service was pleasant and polite. The menu is perfectly matched, not too much on the menu but especially high quality in low quantity on the menu. The steaks were excellent and well done!!! Side dishes matched the plate perfectly. It was a blessing to be there with my friends and to be served such a high quality food in a surprising very short time ! We had dinner at Bülows the other night ad overall had a pleasant experience. We ordered the steak and shrimps and the US Rumpsteak with the recommended pairing plus some garlic bread. To drink, we tried the Malbec and the Cabernet Sauvignon. Plus:- nice service, very polite and eager to make it a good experience - very good meat quality though I prefer a US cut over the more thin German cut. - wide open wine selection. Both by the glass wines we had were good- nice outdoor seatingMinus:- the olive oil wasn't good anymore. Therefore my salad was completely inedible. I told the waiter about it and he agreed and apologized after smelling the olive oil bottle that it was well over the point. Ho...
