Yummy! The bun and meat patty have a nice crisp to them, the meat tastes like high quality beef, and the buns and toppings are fresh.

We recently dined at Blackhorn looking for a quick and delicious meal. We were delighted to discover that the restaurant is very welcoming for families and has a high standard.

"We came here for dinner last night and wished we hadn’t to be honest. We ordered a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, hot dog, two fries and an onion rings. We had two vanilla shakes and a glass of wine. It came to £40 which is expensive but we went with it. However when it arrived it was the worst burgers I’ve ever had. I actually feel offended calling them burgers. They were the thinnest, most pathetic, tasteless bits of brown rubber. The hot dog (although made wrong with a big squirt of Alioli up the middle was awful too. Thankfully they replaced that for my wee boy. Everything was fried within an inch of its life and served in a bit of tinfoil. The staff although helpful clearly aren’t cooks and just young boys and girls clearly being shown how to shove some chips in a fryer and a thin burger on a hot plate. Gutted as it gets such good reviews and we left a decent pub/restaurant to go here. Wine was like vinegar but milkshakes probably the best we have tasted. Won’t be back ever"

"Visited here with my year old grandson. I had a savoury waffle and he had sweet. His was cookie dough ice cream sundae, pretty big and he loved it. Struggled to finish it though. I had Croque Madame and it was absolutely delicious. Cheese, ham and wonderful mustard on a waffle. All ingredients are excellent quality. The staff are friendly, helpful and relaxed. We both enjoyed our visit and plan to return soon."

"Quaint Swedish fusion restaurant. Amazing food and service. The waitresses were welcoming and warm, the manager went out of his way to clear a table for us and our dog and baby in a pram. The food was something special and speaking to the chef, you can see why. He clearly cared deeply about his food and it shone through. The sweet and sour cabbage and Swedish meatballs were the highlights for us. Recommend some wines to pair with dishes to take it to the next level!"

"Found this place by chance, when the Indian we booked into online had actually closed down…so we followed the relocation directions to Tanon…and so glad we did! The food was amazing! I had sweet corn fritters to start followed by tofu green curry, my husband had prawn toast followed by chicken catsu curry, with a side of Thai prawn crackers…couldn’t fault the food…it was outstanding, along with a nice relaxed atmosphere, fantastic friendly and fast service…we wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend…so glad the Indian was closed, what a find!!!"

"We stopped by for a drink and were truly impressed. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service was exceptional. The place has a charming, well-maintained, and chic vibe. Even if you're not a golfer, it's a great spot to relax. It's tucked away next to the hotel, making it feel like a hidden gem. The restrooms were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. While we didn't try the food since we only ordered drinks, the meals served at nearby tables looked appetizing. The price range was quite reasonable, averaging between £1 and £10 per person."
