great prices food tasty great staff very helpful quick and easy going family treat place kids enjoy there flamed grilled burgers

Been to a few burger kings in my time, but this is the worst I've been treated in all of them. The staff here are terrible. 6pm Thurs 5th May 2018.

never more than two employees, most of whom are one. food fitable. but my gotten slower service! and also surley the other Burger King in doncaster is much faster. Ver carta

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, the employees are miserable, and their customer service is absolutely horrific. At the very least, they should have a smile and be attentive.

Had to wait an age for our food. Even took long enough just to place the order in first place. Drinks came in cups that leaked from the bottom, and my chicken strips were like rubber. Not the best at all !

This was a break from Christmas shopping. We thought the queues would be large but the team worked really quickly so no problems there. The seating area was clean and tidy which was a pleasant surprise. Food was fine, no sauces offered and unlike McDonald's...none available for self service. You get what you pay for at BK and the meat in the burgers was good quality. Ver carta

visits here 12. april, absolutely shocking service. it took time to serve and old to get food. to supplement the annoying, I asked for a quitting and I was told that I was eating it with my that I didn't. after the woman who served me disappeared for 10 minutes to apologize for the delay, and then disappeared again. I'll wait for 20 minutes before I had to catch my train. what kind of reputable company can not provide a quitting for bought food?

I was going to write it does what it says on the tin but it didn't! Unbelievably this burger bar ran out of burgers (beef ones, anyway) and they could only serve chicken. That said, the new California Chicken Tendercrisp proved pretty tasty and filled...the hole. Staff were pleasant and reasonably quick for a busy Saturday lunchtime. There was enough room to find an unoccupied table and the place was clean and tidy. The chips were nice too. Yes, we'd go again

I visited a restaurant yesterday with three friends and had a negative experience. One staff member was trying to serve customers and take orders at the same time, leading to long wait times. Another staff member in the kitchen seemed overwhelmed but was trying to keep up. The manager appeared to be running around without accomplishing much until they finally started taking orders to help ease the workload. Despite the issues, the lunch I ordered was delicious. However, the overall experience was marred by the disorganization and unhappy staff. I recommend that the restaurant hire more employees and improve their organization to not only improve customer reviews but also to ensure a happier... Ver carta
