"The "Pub" was poorly managed, as they had run out of basic drinks and I was seated at the wrong table. I had to stand awkwardly while waiting for a chair to be brought to me, and had to ask three different people where my chair was after about 10 minutes. After reading reviews on TripAdvisor, I had low expectations. I was disappointed to find out that they had no vegan options for my wife who ordered the vegan roast, and the children's pizza was of terrible quality. This was our first and definitely last visit to this establishment. Even Gordon Ramsay would struggle to improve this place unless they undergo a full overhaul of staff, menu, and ambiance. Only then would there be a chance to attract more customers."

"We've frequented The Courthouse many times over the last 10 years. Having used them for many occasions just for drinks only, or meals with drinks and were not disappointed. We've always collected our choices, even though delivery options are fully available. So, Valentine's became our...next point-of-call. No disappointment in the menu choices. Ordering on-line was, as before, nice and easy (An account is not needed for this). Skip forwards to being called on the day, to be informed that the local road was being worked upon (highways resurfacing) but advised of the 1 minute distanced car park for convenience. I was already aware of this issue, but what service for the business to call, let you now about and offer traffic advice. All choices ordered, were ready on-the-dot. Fully cooked. Containerised separately. Marked up clearly. Service with a smile. It all helped make the Valentines day. Thanks to the Chef the Staff."

"This was our second visit to the restaurant, and it was for Valentine's Day. The food was delicious with a variety of choices. The atmosphere was great and the staff was friendly and happy, which made a big difference to our experience. It's refreshing to see workers who enjoy their job, unlike other restaurants where the staff seem miserable. I am certain that we will be returning to this place often. It's a wonderful spot to take friends when they come to visit."

"birthday party for our son on Wednesday evening. cozy atmosphere and much to choose on the menu. I and the young had baptismal breast followed by salmon with amazing kartoffelmaisch and a fresh tomato sauce. disappointed we couldn't order cocktails, but then we didn't check the website. will definitely be back for the steak menu and cocktails. great service and a beautiful bottle malbec!"

"Having been to Bacco Lounge a few times before turning vegan, I was sceptical as to whether they would now cater for me, but was very pleasantly suprised! They offer a whole vegan menu, with veganized versions of several brunches, tapas, mains, salads and desserts! Definitely best place in Rugby to eat as a vegetarian or vegan possibly best restaurant in Rugby in general!"
