The Burgers looked sad, small, sugary and stingy. Very small quantity. Coleslaw is packaged box one. Nothing felt fresh. A bit disappointed!

Very good place, quite full even 9 pm on Monday, but food came still very fast. Food was faster than drinks. : Fries were soft and slightly raw, one star lost on that.

supposedly freshly made eating was exactly what they first delivered to a wrong address. Usually there are such problems otherwise not and eating tastes fresh and warm very good.

delivery time over 90 minutes, although 45 minutes (which is already very long for itself) were stated. pommes were cold, only half filled, burger lauwarm. driver himself but quickly and friendly. deceleration was clearly at the restaurant.

We arrived shortly after they opened at 5pm. We've been surprised it got crowded so fast. The location is great, right in the city center. Inside the restaurant is rather dark but still cozy. The Service was very friendly and quick when we ordered, but later they became a little more stressed. But always kept kind! The food was average. When it arrived the pulled beef was not warm, the baked beans even chilled. On request the baked beans have been heated up. But the sweet potato fries are really good! The cheeseburger was ok but also rather cold.The coleslaw on the other hand was warm. It is a pity, the dishes clearly have the potential to make you happy. I the think we won't come back.

Previously, I loved this place. But after my last visit 11.06.2021 I would not recommend to go there! Level of customer service is absolutely awful. I stay there with my colleagues for 2,5 hours, we had a dinner. After we closed the bill I’ve divided to stay to have more beer and food and wait my other friend to join me. But manager of this place asked me to leave the restaurant. She said my reservation expired as soon as I paid my bill and generally they are not allowed to stay more than 2 h (what???? . The table have been taken by others despite I’ve still been there and never left the table! As a result I’ve been roughly asked to go out… never will go to the place, never would recommend i...
