Burgers & Cocktails

A way from the Lanes closer to the station, but really friendly staff and nice food!!

mixed bag with this place, have been a few times recently with friends but always had the same experience. Cocktails are amazing here.

Looks great, inside not that great! Had one of the smallest, most tasteless burgers of my life and the fires portion wasn't any better! Very disappointing Ver carta

We stayed here at a visit to Brighton and always had excellent food. However, on this occasion, half of the menu was unchanged and the ambience seemed to resemble a restaurant to close well. Too bad.

Rubbing service, canceled by voicemail less that 3 hours before lunch, because they short employees bad customer service. Have tried to book a table a few times and it is simply canceled with very little warning.

The server was really lovely, he made us feel very welcome and was perfect for the job. When we visited, it was quiet, service was quick and it was good value for money. The chips were particularly delicious. I will definitely be back. Ver carta

we booked and had confirmation reservation. Got a taxi there with my partners big birthday cake to surprise him and was shut due to no gas. I cant appreciate that's unexpected and not here fault but would of apricated a call or email so we didn't have to pay for taxi/ get wet outside in rain and try and find somewhere else to eat! never been before and was really excited to try but was disappointing.

This was my second trip back to Burger and Cocktails, the food is fresh, there is a wide range of burgers including veggie food and who wouldn 't want to indulge in a cocktail? Our server, Ed was super helpful and had a warm smile and a nice to see you back when I arrived, I was last there a few weeks back, so it was lovely to feel acknowledged and he 's a credit to the restaurant in his attitude and efficiency.

Usually burgers and cocktails are a great place to come for beautiful food and good cocktails. This time we booked a table online for 7:00 and when we arrived, we were told that the restaurant would close at 7.30 because it was very quiet and they had 'been open since 12'. Although they do not explicitly tell us that we go, they have left us no other way, as 30 minutes is not enough time to have a meal and some drinks. Very bad service. Either you do not accept reservations online or check them regularly. Ver carta
