"On a weekday everything was fine, but ordering a quesadilla on a Friday night led to a disappointing experience. The three unenthusiastic staff members showed no care for my meal, which ended up being lukewarm and oddly flavored compared to my previous visits. This time, my quesadilla was hastily made without attention to detail while another employee cleaned the counter with a dirty cloth and used bare hands to scoop guacamole. The lack of hygiene, along with the unsatisfactory food and service, ensures that I will not be returning to Burritomex. It is one thing to have unfriendly staff, but jeopardizing customers' health by mishandling food is unacceptable."

Today, I went to Earlsfield for a meeting and afterwards discovered an amazing place where I ordered a burrito with halloumi. The sun was shining so I sat in their garden area. The burrito was delicious. I definitely recommend this place to all food lovers.

Usually love this place but had terrible order on Friday night-pretty much empty prawn tacos and very dry nachos with barely any cheese or salsa. Emailed the restaurant straight away saying how surprised we were, added photos, but no reply Updated to 4 stars Jan 2022- after the response below i rang the restaurant and they redid the order to their usual quality! On a weekday all alright but orderinb a quesadilla on a Friday night means being met by expressionless stagg who could not care less about your meal! My order was lukewarm and tasted rather odd, unlike my first quesadillaat their restaurant. This one was made quickly and without car, whilst an employee wiped the counter with a dirty dishcloth and scooped a spoon out of the guacamole without gloves. This shocking lack of H S as well as the disappointing staff and food means I will not be returning! Bad staff is one thing but please do not give anyone foid poisoning Burritomex!
