The spaghetti at this restaurant is not Thai pan-fried noodles. The service was subpar and the food was terrible. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered the black pepper beef noodles, Thai calamari, snake bean salad, and spring rolls. They were all delicious. I hadn't seen these dishes in the United States before.

This restaurant near the theaters is a good option. The size of the space is impressive with plenty of seating available. I opted for the combo meal for an early dinner, which was a great choice. Ver carta

Great place with nice staff and outstanding food. I had to wait extra 10 mins for my main course when all else had arrived but servants were close to on point about it and did what they could. Over all very happy and will come again. Thanks.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at this restaurant, and they truly impressed us with their gluten-free options. The food was delicious, and the service was both prompt and friendly. I honestly couldn't find anything to criticize. It was also a reasonably priced night out.

Had a really lovely time. Even though it was arguably the busiest time of the year Mid December in Leicester Square we (9 people) got seated immediately and the food took about 20 minutes to come. Some of the food was ridiculously spicy but the pad Thai meals were delicious. I will be going back there. Ver carta

I was disappointed with my recent visit, as there was only one piece of tofu in the Tofu Pad Thai, and the service was lacking. I had to request water twice, and my order was incorrect on the bill and not corrected. It's unfortunate, as I've had great experiences at other Busaba locations in Stratford and Bird Street.

We dine regularly at this restaurant and thoroughly recommend it. On this occasion the two dishes of beef our party ordered were uncharacteristically tough and chewy to eat. After we told our waitress this at the end of the meal she arranged for the manager to speak to us. (we could not get hold of her before this as it was very busy due to the Christmas period) The manager was apologetic, polite and arranged for the beef not to be charged on the bill. This was good customer service from a restaurant that I would usually give each dish 5/5 stars.

We visited for a Valentine's dinner and chose the pre-show menu, which turned out to be a bit disappointing. We started with the chicken winglets, and they were quite enjoyable. For our main courses, I had the duck noodles, which were nice, though some of the meat was overcooked and I found a bit of chewy fat mixed in. My partner opted for the chicken green Thai curry, which was quite disappointing; the chicken was dry, and the bowl was mostly filled with rice, with just a drizzle of curry sauce that barely covered the chicken.
