I had lunch with the sandwich lunch formula for €35 including a sandwich, a plus, a drink, water, bread and coffee. Sandwich in my case an octopus roll, i.e. potato bread with octopus, caramelized onion, mayonnaise with wasabi, coriander and pumpkin seeds... all perfectly cooked octopus and balanced taste of the ingredients. As a plus I had a mini cactus garden, some mixed vegetables cooked very well... al dente. As a drink I had a crazy protein shake!! if I remember correctly made with milk, vanilla protein powder, blueberries, blackberries, oats and peanut butter Water, homemade bread, and (good) coffee included. Price appropriate to the quality of the dishes and ingredients used.... absol...

I give 5 stars because you can't give 100. I can say that I ate some of the best food in my life. Every dish tells something. It is very high cuisine, but with simple and fresh ingredients. I particularly recommend the cactus garden and the fregola. A true culinary experience. The atmosphere is very refined and pleasant. The impeccable service. At the end they offered us some homemade chocolates and gelés for dessert. The price is fair for two people. If I really have to make a constructive criticism: improve the selection of wines and offer a more suitable price.
