Cafe Carmel - Carta

Lovely atmosphere and good food. Although not being vegan ourselves we thoroughly enjoyed the fare and would definitely return if in the area.

We had lunch here while visiting some beaches along the East Coast. The menu was great and the staff were super-friendly. I would particularly recommend the Ice Tea.

We stopped here for a coffee and some cake and it was a really enjoyable experience. The cake was lovely and the staff were really friendly and service was very quick. We sat outside with our dog and the staff made a fuss of her. I would highly recommend this cafe . Ver carta

This is such a lovely little vegan cafe with exceptionally warm and friendly owners. We were really welcomed and the food was great. We enjoyed a great choice of vegan savouries and the cakes were sooo good. Really great coffee too. Was such a treat to find you and thank you for your hospitality today!

This restaurant is fantastic for everyone, not just vegans, because they offer something for every palate. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast roll with imitation meat, Moroccan soup, amazing cheese scones, the most delicious coffee and walnut cake. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, suggesting other nearby restaurants with vegan options. I have no complaints about this place; as a vegan, it's exactly what I hope to find wherever I go.

I took my children here for lunch and we had a wonderful time! The owners kindly made half portions for the children, which helped because the portions are generous. I think the burger with seitan facon may have been the best vegan burger I've had! After we'd gone to the beach (which is only a short walk away), we returned and tried a few cakes. They were all very good vegan buttercream can be hard to do well, but Cafe Carmel did it. The people running the cafe were friendly and helpful and the food was good. We will definitely be back.
