"This cafe has 2 outdoor seating areas and internal areas too. It is nestled in a quiet area off the Main Street of Innsbruck. Staff are all male and the service is a bit slow at first, but attentive once the food is delivered. Prices are reasonable for the food. The chicken breast salad my friend had was a bit dry and lacked enough dressing but was eatable. The penne she also had, was yummy and had a 'natural ' bolognese type sauce. The ice cream here is worthy of just eating alone yummy...so my friend says. The strawberry slice was a bit dry too, but I guess it was the end of the day. A E4 [E=euro] Prosecco where the flute is just half full is not reasonable for a classy place like this. It was a mixed bag here so hard to decide what to give it rating wise."

Leckeres Frühstück, köstlicher Kaffee, große Teeauswahl und professioneller Service. Wir kamen an einem Samstag Morgen als unangekündigte Gruppe von 15 Personen, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Die hohen Decken, dunklen Möbel und Kronleuchter haben wirklich den Charme eines Wiener Caféhauses. Das Personal ist nicht von der schnellsten Sorte, die Preise sind aber in Ordnung und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken.Mir ist es dort immer etwas zu laut, das ist aber wohl in klassischen Caféhäusern so.

Es grenzt schon an einer beachtlichen Leistung wenn man innerhalb von 45 Minuten ein 4 Gang Menu für 7 Personnen serviert bekommt ! Mit Gemütlichkeit hat dies aber nichts mehr zu tun. Die Suppe kommt gleich mit dem Salat und auch die Qualität der Speisen war nur mittelmässig. Auf den Kaffee haben wir dann verzichtet da die Kaffeemaschine auch noch möglichst schnell gereinigt werden musste.

We were at Cafe Central in November to taste their sweets. We ordered and when the piece of cake arrived, I found an hair on the top, therefore I promptly asked to the waiter to bring me another one. Despite he put his glasses to see the hair, he was pissed and unfriendly. The cake was not that good, it was dry and no taste. Before leaving the Cafe', we went to check the other sweets in the store window, aaaand surpriseeeee: we found my piece of cake that the waiter had brought away because of the hair; but at least the hair was not longer on the top. Bad experience. Sorry!
