Always had an excellent meal here over the past 30 years. Superb menu, great service, good prices.

Nice and quiet for a tea time with mother. We were well looked after and the food was great as always.

Went as a large group, could not fault the food or the prices. Didn't feel to busy and service was good. Parmo was nice and also the roasties.

Good solid parmo. Very happy with the food and the staff were doing their best to provide good service. Sadly we were given a very small table for our party size, but the staff did their best to placate us regarding the matter.

Great food, great service and the staff go above and beyond. Took a cake in with us for my wifes 50th birthday, they came out and joined in singing happy birthday. Always over checking to see if your food is ok and always service with a smile Ver carta

I'm still keeping my 5 stars as food and services was good, but although the atmosphere is dark and ambient it was also too dark for all of us to read the menu (and we're not that old) and all had to struggle using our phone torches to read. Just a recommendation would be to either turn the light up a smidge or add a lamp of some sort to the really darkly lit tables.

What has happened to Central Park? My husband and I used to love the food in there, and have been with friends and family on many occasions. We haven’t been in a while , since lockdown , but we went this evening, took our 18 year old granddaughter, and was so disappointed. We used to recommend it to our friends, but honestly, we won’t be going back. The menu that we enjoyed is sadly lacking, all our favourite dishes are no longer available, and the price we paid wasn’t worth it. The inside was comfortable enough, but that’s where it ends for us. So disappointed.

We have never been to the area before, but rented the appartment above for the night (which is beautiful), not knowing this resturant was below, so that was a nice surprise. It has been run by the same family for 35yrs, and we can see why they have been so successful. We decided to try out the restaurant and we are very glad we did, I had the hanging kebab, and my partner had fajitas which were both delicious! we also enjoyed a couple of drinks. The staff were super friendly and attentive, we would definitely come back. If you're visiting the area this restaurant and/or Airbnb are fabulous Ver carta
