Service was quite friendly and quick, drinks were as expected but nothing to write home about, all-in-all an OK bar to have a quick nightcap when staying at the hotel.

with beautiful weather you can also sit well for brought drinks. the after-work Tuesdays is nice with good music when you think away the too large part of the foam bats present.

It was nice to have drinks at the Dox bar at The Hyatt hotel at the Media Harbor. The bar is upscale and classy. Comfortable couches. Lounge music. Excellent cocktails. And it's nice to walk around the media harbor before or after drinks.

Superb service, a view over the Rhine and an excellent array of drinks, what more could you with wish for. Whether it's coffee you need or something more substantial, is all here to be enjoyed at a minimum of effort in this world class establishment!

Having been to Japan a lot, and the other half being Japanese, I am well versed at understanding good Japanese food and this place was very average for the price. Cheap / basic cuts and types of fish. Disappointing. Wine was good though and staff friendly. Nice hotel bar and facilities.

We have an excellent 3 courses Birthday Dinner at Dox. The venue is so beautiful, the service is excellent and helpfull and the food is defined ! The staffs are so happy to show us around and giving good tips and hints to almost everything. We are so very satisfied and happy at Dox. We ll definitely comeback.

Nicely located with a great panoramic view on the Medienhafen, the Dox does not life up to expectations. Good sushi but heterogeneous quality of the rest if the menu and somewhat snobbish staff (with one notable exception).We had bought a "Gourmet Card" for 12 dinners but decided to stop using it after dinner 5.

the pebble’s terrace is always worth a visit. especially on Tuesday night, the after-work party is a dream with good and warm weather. the view of the television tower, in the harbour basin and düsseldorf in general is more than brilliant. you meet relaxed people and get into the conversation quickly. more expensive, but worth the money!

We were staying in the hotel and decided to dine in the bar one evening when the restaurant was full. The staff were attentive without being over crowding the food was limited but good for a bar menu and the food that we had was great. I think the price was a little exxy but it is a 5 star hotel so to be expected. I would visit there again when I stay in the hotel
