We discovered this restaurant a few years ago thanks to the gourmet passport. we found it slightly relooked and with new owners. We spent a very good time with family. the reception was pleasant, the presentation of the attractive card, the welcome children (increasing availability) the slate meat was very good, although the presentation was a little simplistic. the gourmet coffee was excellent, very varied, with a presentation that made the desire to taste it. We enjoyed the gesture of the chef (somewhat the boss) who helped us carry our many things to the car.

Beef paved on slate, excellent. advice: if you like the bleeding beef, order- the blue slate too powerful can serve you well too cooked. correct cheese plate, followed by a vanilla ice cream surrounded by valais apricots. small flat with not very ripe and sweet fruit and vegetables for the first, not very crunchy for the following.
