in the last few years it has become no more extraordinary and the prices remain above the average. however, it is worth visiting, as the food is delicious, but in the drinks there is a big minus. Ver carta

this restaurant is located on the outskirts of hildesheim and offers the typical varied menu and drink. the ambiente is nice as always, the service very friendly and endeavors. you also know what you get when you go to a café de sol.Mir liked it!

there are some vegan options. a burger, pasta cabriolet, pinsa pizza also convertable with vegan pizza melt, bowl and pommes with falafel. the quality is in order. the breakfast is unfortunately not suitable for vegans. there is no milk, butter or otherwise vegan alternatives.

in contrast to the bavaria alm, we are already much better here. even if it is somewhat impersonal due to the large room it is well furnished and eating also absolutely ok. often eat the greek burger with cheese. the pommes are also really good. Some smaller feeds are somewhat overpriced. The sanitary facilities are modern and there are enough parking spaces. Ver carta

the café del sol in hildesheim reminds with its large wooden terrace of a South American hazienda. Parking is available in sufficient numbers directly in front of the door. on the menu ranged from breakfast to a selection of salads, burgers, pastage, currys or meter pizza etc. a previous reservation is certainly recommended, however only in the restaurant itself possible and not on the terrace. faster service ensured that nothing was missing. the price/performance ratio in the caffe del sol is slightly above the average, especially for the drinks.

I am only ever a visitor in Hildesheim and haven't come across that many exciting or special restaurants and bars here. You can't miss Cafe Del Sol as it is strategically well placed on a major roundabout. It seems to have achieved some sort of cult status for Sunday brunch, but my experience was an early evening one. I was shocked by how popular this place is. Deservedly, I think. I was particularly impressed by the fact that artificial flavours, etc for all dishes are list towards the back of the menu. I have not come across anywhere before where MSG was identified! Another pleasant surprise are the ultra-modern and hygienic Dyson hand dryers in the toilets. Staff were a bit overworked but...

Today I was with a colleague at the "cafe del sol" in the middle of the day, the first service was super friendly and also inquired about our well-being (to the food). I guess it was a shift. a younger waiter now held the position. we had to win, as he went past us five times without looking at us. the food was not good! we were there years ago and there we liked the restaurant super. However, this time the carving from the tk and the pizza was so long in many that it was only rock-hard and inedible. After we described this to the waiter, he said that the pizzas and the carvings are like this. Nevertheless, we remained, as we had not seen an eternality and wanted to discuss a lot more. the d...
