Cafe du Cadran - Carta

Our food was good and the service was great! The waiter and bartender were so much fun. If you want to enjoy the warm and welcoming people of Paris I would suggest that you don't miss this Cafe!

Très bonne surprise dans un quartier un peu connoté haut de gamme , une table à la fois correcte en prix, nourriture très bonne (beaucoup de produits frais) et service sympa.Plat dessert café boisson autour de 22 à 25€

J'y viens chaque jour pour mon café servi avec le sourire, le croissant bien chaud et le jus pressé minute. Un vrai zinc parisien comme je les aime. Un clin d'œil à celle qui me les sert chaque matin, hâte d'y retourner après les vacances! Ver carta

Pasamos a almorzar de paso, pero tiene una ensalada italiana maravillosa y la atención es excelente asi que volvimos al día siguiente. Por un valor muy razonable probamos el entrecote con salsa de pimienta y salsa roquefort nuevamente exquisito. 100% recomendable

Surprisingly for us Paris was a tough town to find places to eat that opened early, especially on weekends. One morning we found this place just opening its doors and took a chance. After 5 days in Paris this was still the best croissant we had anywhere. Nice breakfast, great tea and espresso. Service was fast. Would eat there again.

Venu pour déjeuner, accueil déplorable, puis on m'a donné un verre salle, je le signale, on ne s'excuse pas, je demande l'addition on me dit qu 'on ne prend pas la carte au dessous de 15 €, pas un mot, pas un merci, au revoir. This adorable cafe introduced us to Cafe Viennoise - and reminded us why the French are so lucky! As we were about to learn, you sit facing the street-not each other - to enjoy the weather, the street scene, people watching, political discussions, etc. Cafe du Cadran became not only a terrific place to stop and grab a cafe and pain au chocolat but also brunch-and their rendition of a **** mary. Tall glass with strong shot of vodka, then a small can of tomato juice and, if you ask politely, hot sauce and worcertershire-make it your own way. We recommended it to our traveling companions and they went there for dinner and loved it too!

We visited Cafe du Cadran a couple of times, as it was very close to our hotel and easy for us to nip in and grab a bite to eat. The place was fairly busy on both occasions and there was quite a nice ambience. Food was okay but, on our second visit, my hot food was not hot and had to go back to the kitchen to be warmed up. Also, my friend’s burger was beyond being pink in the centre and was completely raw on the inside. I appreciate that there’s a real cultural difference between the French palate and the English palate but, at the end of the day, she was the customer and she had asked for her burger to be well done, not bloodied; she certainly didn’t expect to be served something that resem...

Now, I have zero French language skills - nada. But I always like to try to order in the language on the menu, because it's polite, and I think it's sort of fun, and the staff were very kind in tolerating my poor pronunciation!We stopped off here because we saw the menu in the window and thought it looked like good value, so we gave it a go.Three course meal for €24 in Paris? Okay!The food was deeelicious! I started with the 'escargot', which I never had before, and our waiter (the owner, I believe) was very kind in explaining how to eat them (without being pushy or overbearing).
