"My husband, daughter and mother ordered ice cream at the café. When I got in with my two boys, the lady at the counter said, in a very rude manner, that we couldn\'t eat inside because my boys were eating ice cream from another shop....I thought this was really unkind and left immediately. This is not the kind of treatment you expect in a tourist place. People at Bad Gastein are friendly and the service is superb but this café is a big disappointment."

Köstliche Strudeln, sehr guter Kaffee, außergewöhnlich gutes Eis, ausgesprochen gastfreundliche Bewirtung! Und was für uns jetzt erforderlich ist: Behindertengerechter Zugang und rollstuhltaugliche Toilettenbenützung. Alles da, da, da!
