I found Cafe Nebenan several months ago by accident but am thrilled that I did. I've been back many times and will continue to go whenever I'm free and in the area. The atmosphere is relaxed and a little quirky, there's plenty to read and...people watching to do on the busy street outside. I feel completely comfortable here on my own and it's also a great place to go with friends, be it for coffee and cake or a couple of drinks in the evening. The food is simple; typically there'll be sandwiches, soup and a selection of changing hot dishes but it's always filling and very tasty.
