"The food at this restaurant is delicious and it is run by two of the friendliest people. The service is excellent, with a delivery option available for dinner. The price per person is £10-20. The atmosphere is rated a perfect 5. "redfortes is my sonny favorite Indian restaurant and as it was yesterday his birthday, it had to be where we went to celebrate. as always eating was nice, plentiful and the staff very friendly. the restaurant was immaculate. we feel so much. for the bad press they have recently received, and we hope that other regular like us will remain true and continue to support them. we were very often and have never experienced problems. please look at some jealous inspectors who record them because the building is a bit old and the parking space is not perfect. please, give them one away and I'm sure you won't be disappointed."

"Hungover and wanted a carvery delivered. The meat was the texture of what could only be described as, cabbage? almost as if it was boiled and watered down, tasteless to say the least. The promise of home made stuffing came to a burning halt when...i opened the box only to find out that I was sold a dream so be faced with a grey ball that was the texture of sand?? the roast potatoes were raw yet soggy? Don’t even get me started on the ‘cauliflower cheese’, nothing like dry cauliflower with no cheese. the array of 2 different vegetables was honestly what’s not to love about raw hard veg. Oh and not to mention it was stone cold upon arrival. Delivery time took 2 hours. Needless to say this is nothing short of an abysmal meal. but a let down with no other than smash and aunt betsy’s yorkshire puddings. wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy."

"1st time here but will be back...the staff couldn't be any more accomadating...the food was fabulous well cooked very tasty.. highly recommended all four of us had different starters and mains too full for a dessert very good value too...place was packed so obviously popular and we saw quite a few home delivery's being taken out...glad we booked a table Meal type: Dinner"

"Birthday treat for my daughter , thought I would go local rather go in to busy Birmingham. I booked for 5 of us one being my 3 year old granddaughter, so it was all ladies. It was busy buzzing but plenty tables, we were seated right at the back of the restaurant by the toilets and a back door, literally away from from the rest of the others dinners. My daughter did ask if there was another table but told no. We waited a while and then I caught the attention of one of the staff, as I asked for the drinks menu and food menu, which she apologies for our wait. Shortly after the front of house came down and said oh is there only you, we said yes he replied i think i put you on the wrong table. REALLY!. You may not think this is relevant but when you are 4 women of colour, I felt like we had been segregated. And it looked like we had. Hence my disappointment. Such a shame Food was ok."
