"fantastic service from start to end! from the moment we entered, we are welcome with a warm smile and personal service! menu is large and suitable for all nutritional needs. I was tried by the crispy hash-browns in the window and they were beautiful: crispy, fluffy and not greasy, which I wish I lived in london so I could visit this caffe more! I would recommend to visit without delay!"

Such a vibe! Fast service AMAZING COFFE and beautiful English breakfast. Lovely lovely people ! Warm and inviting. Super clean and great prices. What a great find !!

We didn't have anything to eat this time. Just a cold smoothie and an ice latte. Friendly staff, the back room is cool and quiet. Wil go back and have food next time.

Nice friendly and family run which is very popular amongst locals, the service is very good and the food is very reasonably priced and they make great sandwiches too, highly recommended. Ver carta

Café Plaka was nice. Discreet and polite staff. The pancakes were pretty nice and I liked the latte. The ice-cream was not great and the decoration inside may need a bit of an upgrade but overall it's a cute cheap place you can go to when you're hungry and don't plan on staying long.

we found it by chance and it was great! the service was very friendly! also the food and home drinks were very good! we can recommend the health and the full english breakfast. we were there twice and the quality was the same! when we come back to london we will make our breakfast in cafe plaka!

"I’m so disgusted by the behaviour at this restaurant. We had pre booked a table for 5:30pm and by 6:30pm they were pushing us to leave and gave us the bill before we asked for it. Keep in mind we still had half a bottle of wine to drink, we were looking forward to a relaxing evening and catching up with friends. Once we were forced to pay we were basically chased out because they wanted our table for another booking. When I raised this with the staff member, he got very defensive and followed me outside to tell me that all bookings were only for an hour slot and that I should check my booking because I was apparently in the wrong. I checked both my email and text message that I received from the restaurant and neither one of them stated it was only an hour slot. The male staff member proceeded to try to argue with me and honestly was the worst experience I’ve had with a restaurant. I work in the f&b industry and would never expect anyone I know to behave the way that this man did. Do not go to this restaurant unless you want to finish your food and drinks within 5 minutes. Disgusting behaviour from their team, I definitely won’t be back."

"I had a lovely experience at this restaurant and the food was delicious! It was my first time trying Persian cuisine and I found it to be very refined and mild, yet still full of flavor. The staff even brought out a cake when they heard it was my birthday. I would definitely return to this restaurant!"

"visited this place for a special occasion and was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. the service was friendly, timely and simply had a really domestic feeling. had a bark taco, which tasted beautiful, a great choice of aromen. the garnels also tasted great, loved the crumbsal. I had fish for the net that tasted fresh, which surprised me. the dessert also had a beautiful contrasting taste of aromen. really creative meals combined with a beautiful service and cozy environment makes for a pleasant experience. personally, I feel that due to the pricing, this is a special opportunity type of place, but I certainly cannot complain about the quality of eating. highly recommended."
