"When our food arrived, they forgot my extra bacon, and I had to remind them. Additionally, one of our meals was missing, and I had to ask about it. The black pudding was overcooked and crunchy, resembling burnt toast. Given that there were only five tables occupied, it was surprising the service was so lacking. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place."

The service was lacking. Our drinks were left on the bar without anyone attending to them, and we had to ask for them twice. Some of the food arrived cold while other items were scorching hot. Amazing restaurant. Food was amazing, the service was good and the atmosphere was great. As someone who’s visited Paris a few times it really reminded me of Paris. "We celebrate special birthdays at our company and one of our employees requested Big10 as their birthday lunch. Having never eaten there before I wasn't sure what to expect but I put my request in for them to cater a lunch for around 30 people to be available for 1pm. The ordering process was quick and easy and the pricing was extremely reasonable. in all honesty we were not expecting them to be able to accommodate our corporate lunch request, but they did. We collected the food at 1pm from the shop. the food was perfectly packed and they even allowed us use of their thermal bags which kept the food hot. we served up the food (of which there was ample) to our staff. we had, ribs, three different flavours of chicken wings, flavoured fries and coleslaw. the food was some of the most flavoursome I have ever had. the meat on the ribs was so succulent falling from bone with ease. the chicken wings also bursting with flavour. even the staple fries and coleslaw were next level nice. everyone who had the lunch expressed that it was some of the nicest they have ever had. I now have ample requests from staff for big10 to be their birthday lunch. Thank you to Rich and the team at Big10 for such amazing food and service."

"Terrible Experience! From uncomfortable chairs and cramped tables, faulty toilet (no proper hand washing in gents- tap taped up in plastic bag) to really poor food- tough chewy pizza and chopped iceberg lettuce with unfresh tomato (described as fresh tomato/cucumber etc on a bed of lettuce) we thought it couldn't get worse. Apparently because we raised the food issues with his son (who was immediately defensive and irritatingly condescending) the owner ran after us outside and shouted at me across my wife in a face to face angry confrontation. Quite unbelievable behaviour from a family run restaurant who clearly have no customer focus and cannot handle any reasonable feedback or questioning of their produce. Avoid!!!"
