My partner and I celebrated our 7th anniversary with a special Valentine's Day dinner at Cafe Stare Miasto last night.

The restaurant offers excellent food, attentive service (especially with two small children), and is very quick. It is known for serving the best breakfast in the old town.

What a fantastic café! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming vibe. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing — perfect for catching up with friends, getting some work done, or just enjoying a quiet moment with a great cup of coffee. The coffee was rich and flavorful, clearly made with care, and the pastries were fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this spot — it’s a little gem that I’ll definitely be returning to! Had their Eggs Benedict, a flat white coffee, and fresh orange juice. The Benedict was really good but a little different than what you usually see in Canada. It was served on small pieces of toasted bread with slices of bacon, the eggs were perfectly poached and the hollandaise was lighter and very good. The flat white coffee was very good as well. Here, when they say 'freshly squeezed, ' they mean it, I could hear as well as see them using the juicer making my juice, no that 's fresh. I 'll definitely be going back for another breakfast.
