"On a bike tour and looking for a local in Waiblingen we stayed in the Cafe Tagblatt. The restaurant is located in the heart of the old town of Waiblingen on the market square. Parking right in front of the restaurant is not possible, but can be bought either in the nearby garage or in the surrounding side streets and a few minutes walk. The restaurant is very simply furnished inside and was maybe 20 years ago beautiful. Since it was very hot this day, we settled on a table in front of the restaurant (with awning and parasols). There are young people and, as we have been there more often, we find that they are changing quite often. The drinks are not very fast, but in a reasonable time. The water for the dog comes on demand in a dirty water bowl. The menu includes soups, two vegetarian dishes, meat, pasta, salads and a rich breakfast menu. We ordered and ate penne with fried veal strips in a champignon cream sauce. Tastefully good and fine from the consistency, the champignon were freshware, the penne al dente and the meat strips juicy and nicely roasted, over grated parmesan, which I consider here, and in the amount completely superfluous. The portion was to be filled. The other food was a salad plate with chicken breast strips (9.90 euros). A lot of green leaf salad and a few tomato columns, croutons and parmesan pears, with baguette. The portions were also plentiful. The vast majority are younger/younger guests, cyclists who put a stop or just to drink for a short time. In summer it is nice to sit out there. I can only sit inside in an emergency."

the breakfast is a pure catastrophe here. there were freezer rolls from the diskounter and the sausage and the cheese was not more high quality. completely unloved and inconvenient.No thanks

I enjoyed a very tasty old town breakfast. the teller and the broth basket were plentiful and very nice. the service was very attentive. also the latte macchiato has tasted very well. I felt very comfortable and will come back when I'm in vain again.

A very sweet café to enjoy its coffee in the early morning or late afternoon. Breakfast is very extensive and tasty for which something will be included for everyone. (p.s. :The Croissants are mega). It is very nicely located in the Waibling city centre.

We always like to come to breakfast in the Tagblatt. Especially on a Saturday and if there is still nice weather, if you sit outside, you can watch the lively market driving. All breakfasts are very lovingly arranged and the selection is great. The service, super friendly and helpful!! Ver carta

a short stippvisite in waiblingen led me to the caffe tagblatt. visually cozy, beautifully located at a place in the city; service was very friendly, attentive and fixed. the prices for a self-assembled breakfast were already a bit crisp, but I have read the menu and knew why.Only (but thicker) worries: the ordered rührei nature was made in a dirty pan and tasted after bacon. have ordered extra nature so that it does not taste to bacon; That's what's been missing. therefore, unfortunately, not as you could expect.

was here with my wife and daughter for a lunch snack. when our water spilled the operation of this on the table. but she asked us just before we were cowardly with the food, if she should get something to wipe away. the brain salad of my wife and the fried aubergines of our daughters were good, whereas my cäsarsalat was a guess. it consisted exclusively of yellow salat butters with plenty of strung and a pampish finish sauce. two small datteltomats gave at least some color. the fried chicken pieces were o.K., although not cut into strips. from the cheese I found only a few cumshots on the salate. for us this cafe is not recommended
