"Staff were unbelievably rude. Both of us ordered cake that was very dry, and when we went back to the staff at the counter to ask for something different, attitudes from staff was hostile we were challenged by one lady who said it was because we ordered a gluten free cake (unknowingly , not that that should excuse dryness! She shoved her finger in the cake and said, 'Not dry! ' as if I was then going to eat it! Called us both liars when we said, 'We didn 't realise it was gluten free cake, ' (but again, GF shouldn 't affect dryness, have had lovely GF cakes elsewhere! and we were called liars. My friend was accused of having asked specifically for a GF cake which is nonsense neither of us need GF and therefore wouldn 't need to specify! But hearing this the other 3 members of staff behind the desk thought they 'd join in and were just as rude to us. It caused a scene in the café that was unprofessional and totally unnecessary. Felt sorry for the manager who tried to assist us and offered a refund after hearing the staff outburst, who then got an earful from his own team! Shameful! For a business that relies on local customers, they aren 't doing a good job of holding onto them. We won 't be recommending this place to anyone!"

Lovely owners. The lunch although limited menu is very nice and coffee tidied for. Best I've had on the quays. Highly recommend.

Poor. Plenty of footfall so complacent in my view. Watery milkshakes, weak coffee, dry cake. Staff vaping outside nearby. Dirty tables. Don't bother.

Stopped here for a light lunch,first class service and a really nice pannini with tuna and salad,could not fault any thing,highly recommended definitely be back

We ordered Brie and Cranberry Paninis and large Mochas. The Paninis had very little brie in them and were fairly tasteless. The Mochas were weak and not particularly nice. Ver carta

Only had a coffee a muffin plus a great banana milkshake here shame the muffin was in shrink wrap obviously not made by restaurant and in all fairness not the best. But the milkshake was delicious.

Nice enough location overlooking Gloucester docks. Toilet was very average with a dreadful hand dryer! Prices are very reasonable; get what you pay for! Cookie was very dry but within sell by date.
