Cafetería La Catedral

Increíble lugar, buena calidad de comida y no es caro en absoluto. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Great culinary experience. Our server was very professional and took good care of us, making feel is like home. We order one menu plus brioled vegetables.

Probé el menú. El gazpacho estaba bueno, pero el cordero a la parrilla estaba demasiado cocido y seco. En cuanto al postre, el pastel de higos con coco también estaba muy seco. Ver carta

Quite an interesting place to eat with a quirky interior fitout. They had a “chefs selection” set menu with a few choices, bread and dessert or coffee. A little expensive (20€ a head) for what it is, but the food was solid. Terrible mobile connection inside as well just FYI

Este fue mi restaurante favorito en la zona. El menú diario siempre era fresco, sabroso y había una variedad de platos para elegir. Incluye un entrante, plato principal, postre o café por 14,9 €. Es la mejor relación calidad-precio, además de ofrecer un muy buen servicio al cliente. Lo recomiendo.

The environment is very cool, the position awesome (city center) and it is a good price for quality! I really liked it and it didn’t feel like a tourist trap like some of the others around. Service was fast, polite and attentive. I have it flagged now for the next person who comes to visit me in Madrid! Ver carta

I was surprised to find reasonably priced food a few hundred meters from Puerta del Sol. They offer a full dining menu for 16 euros which is more than decent. Service was a bit slow at times, but not something to affect your dining experience. Also the place looks really cool. You are dining in a cathedral

Hoy comimos en el Restaurante La Catedral y nos gustó mucho. La comida es sabrosa y el servicio es rápido. Los fines de semana aceptan clientes sin reservación, lo cual me parece muy bueno. Además, la atmósfera es increíble, muy acogedora y relajante. Los tonos dorado y marrón se ven tan regios y sin duda han enriquecido nuestra experiencia gastronómica.

Perfect central location. Cosy atmosphere. Very fast service. Food was very good. Fresh salat was very testy, sea food paella was outstanding and portion for two was huge. We first tried to book a table online, there were only table available for 10.30 pm, we came to the restaurant at about 8.00 p.m without booking, and most of table were free.
