"We visited Florence and booked our restaurants before time and wanted to dine in beautiful places. The food was good, but the portions are on the smaller side. What disappointed us was that the staff had no personality at all and sometimes made us feel that we would only ask them a question. It is not a fun place to deny that you feel good about the amount of money you pay. We will not come back on our next trip."

We had a delicious meal in Caffè dell’ Oro. The menu has some Asian influences, but you can still find Italian classics. The wines are slightly higher prices, but very good. The service was friendly and professional. The ambience was beautiful with good music and a low noise level. We enjoyed our evening there.
