"Avoid this place. In fact, if you do go see Piazza Navona, just make a quick visit and eat somewhere else. The whole area is tourist trap. We were here 20+ years ago, and wanted to show the kids some of the places that we had great memories of. It was sad mistake. But Caffe Barocco just sucked. We should have taken off after being briskly seated by a host, and then ignored by the waiter. We should have left after the foul tasting Negroni. But we were trying to recreate some of the magic of Rome, from long ago. In Italy serving pasta this bad should be a crime. It's not just that it was bad, it was awful AND over priced. And the service was painfully slow (even in comparison with the rest of Rome). If you are thinking of going here, punch yourself in the face...that experience will be more enjoyable and hopefully will knock some sense into you."

A café longo without a little chocolate or cake for €5 (five) in May 2023 on a rickety table, not express service even though there was no crowd, don't go back even for the view of the San Church Agnes. Service: Dine in
