"On a very busy street of competing restaurants, there was a small queue for this one which we joined. A group was ahead of us, waiting for a bigger table. We were waiting 5 10 mins for a table for 2 we were not greeted or asked how many we were NO presence or coordination on the door. An Italian couple pushed in and asked for a table for 2 which was given to them immediately. Frustrated, I said we were also a waiting for a table for 2, but we lost the nice street position and were put in the quieter side street which unfortunately was littered with ants and cockroaches (we realised half way through the experience). We ordered 2 pastas and a salad to share. Pastas arrived at different times, the salad arrived 20 minutes after. The staff had no clue which table was which (they kept asking each other, the customers were doing their job for them). The pastas were average. The worst part was witnessing the staff see a large cockroach at the entrance and they all found it hilarious that a staff member was frightened. They were laughing their heads off about it. Ragazzi.....a cockroach in a restaurant? Get a grip. In any other country, this restaurant would be closed. The WC was also very unpleasant extremely hot (and right next to some poor tables dining) and not particularly clean. Avoid!"

I value this place 5 stars despite the various errors of misunderstandings. It's something that can happen. the pasta was really great! revisiting classic dishes with addition to modify and absolutely improve the goto and presentation. recommended recommended

excellent location in the center in catania, in a friendly environment, good welcome to customers and the value for money, you can improve the acoustics of the room with small projects, as well as have more care in the presentation of food and drink (the wine must be presented. closed bottle and open in front of the customer)

The food was very nice but the service poor and unfriendly, when the mixed stater came the waitress literally threw it on the table without saying a word. Equally, I asked for ice with my water and it didn’t come and everything felt like it was too much to ask for! A shame because the food was nice with large portions. Won’t be recommending though due to the service.

was simply fabulous, a cozy and chic environment, the staff really kind and caring. When we sat down, we were amazed to see that in the tablecloths there were games that kept us entertained while waiting for food. the food arrived without too much wait and served in these pots giving a touch of originality to the local. the food is really great, it is worth what costs, in the photo there is a dish of fettuccine to the octopus and the fennel. I liked the pinse so much, I don't know how to describe them from how good they were, just taste them.

not what I expected. I am sorry to speak not well of the realities of enterprise on my territory, but the objectivity is a good to preserve. I went for lunch, a total of people. Annacquati wines the first pasta were: a mooolto al dente, another completely raw and one still well made. the fried as a starter (some chips, pans and potato croquettes) knew strongly of fish. It's all fried there. I mean. quality of lunch really bad, apart from the first to pistachio that was good. in favor however there is to say that the service is friendly (the raw pasta replaced it with a good crush,) the prices are not very high and the place is really pleasant and comfortable.
