"Looking for a quaint, quiet place to rest & replenish (after having toured through Deutsches Museum for 6 hrs on a hot summer's day), we found this little gem! In fact it was the Italian owner who caught us checking out his lunch menu, mentioning in passing that every Thursday (the day of our visit) was 'hand-made-Gnocchi-day' in his restaurant. If we'd wish to taste heavenly gnocchi - how could we resist his invitation? We chose one of each Gnocchi dishes (Porcini Mushroms & Truffels / Bolognese Bianco) - they tasted amazing!Nice small setting, doors/windows opening onto street, some chairs/tables on sidewalk - very relaxing."

Great Italian espresso, superbly prepared ciabatta and yummy muffins. Perfect to bring with for a picnic, say for instance to Deutsche museum nearby...

Awesome cappucino and pastries! All pastries are hand made and excellent. The pistachio croissants are unique and so yummy! We went for breakfast 3 days in a row!

Great coffee, friendly staff, loved the breakfast platter. Every platter that went past looked amazing and I had constant food envy! Very easy to get to from the museum across the road.

A great find. Not far from the Deutschen Museum. The best tasting coffee we've found in Germany. The food was also very good. The breakfast was very fresh. Staff were very helpful. Highly recommended Ver carta

2 min from the Deutsches Museum tze Caffè Da Me is an excellent stop for a short break. The Cappuccino and caffe crema were excellent. The crostata a dream.... Prices were all fine for Munich :) We keep it as a favorite for sure.

I order regular cakes and they could not be more delicious. The Stefania bakes under the best cakes I've ever tasted! Homemade and with the best ingredients! Nothing to do with the cakes from the chains. Besides, the athmosphere is super familiary. Ver carta

We were just walking to the centre when we spotted this little cafe on a side street and it looked so welcoming we had to stop in. We ended up ordering two of the breakfast platters which were so fresh, so delicious and presented so beautifully. Some more unique menu items and fantastic Italian coffee! Better than all of that was the friendly and thoughtful service by Edgar. Thank you for such an unexpected treat!

I came here exploring some places outside Marienplatz. This is a quiet street and a small place (for about 30 people) with some tables in the outside where you can definitely enjoy your coffee oe breakfast. What I really liked it was the flavor and the size of the portions. You get more than enough with one dish and a big smile too. I noticed that the music was good too for a coffee shop. It combines a lot with the atmosphere and you actually have a good time in there (I'm not sure if it was the radio though, haha). I will definitely come back here, but now with some company :)

"Indian restaurants are becoming almost as ubiquitous in Munich as Italian restaurants lately, or so it would seem. So why did I give this one get 5 stars? In part because Yelp doesn't allow for half star ratings and I didn't feel right giving four after my wonderful dinner experience there and the excellent meals my guy has had there before me. Kamasutra is close to his work and we had dinner here after him and work friends raved about this place for lunch. They've only been open for about three months but it's a regular lunch stop for them now. One thing I noticed early on, they do not take shortcuts. Great care is put into food and service. The menu is varied, good selection of wine and cocktails too. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. The interior is more modern and sleek than most Indian resto's. But what about the FOOD? We were in curry heaven. I had a jumbo shrimp curry and he had a chicken vindaloo. Sauces for both were rich, had complex, nuanced flavors and were not greasy or oily. And when they say spicy, they mean spicy, so for those of you lamenting the lack of proper spice level, make your way here NOW. If you don't want your curry toned down for the German palate, do have some here. Lovely garlic naan, very generous serving of good basmati. Delicious mango cream for dessert and real chai that wasn't syrupy sweet. Kamasutra is a real gem and a welcome addition to Munich."
