Caffe Nero - Carta

I am it has to be said a bit of a regular visitor, the guys and girls are welcoming and friendly and the quality of coffee is far superior to Starbucks and Costa

Visited for lunch with a colleague. Service was a little slow but the panini were nice as was the tea and coffee. We took the carrot cake away to eat in the office and it was lovely! Would return.

I would need to hear positive feedback from others before considering giving this restaurant another chance. The staff should smile more, as it is not a good first impression for customers who are paying their salaries. Ver carta

If you have been shopping in Chelmsford are near Tindal Square you will find this Cafe just round the corner at the top of the High Street. The staff there are very friendly they can provide you with a good cup of coffee plus some nice snacks or a piece of cake etc. You can sit inside the cafe or outside if you wish, this is a great place to rest a while chill.

If you like good quality coffee, then make your way to the top of the High Street where you will find this cafe on the left hand side. The staff there are very nice,you can enjoy your coffee either inside or outside the cafe, depending on the weather. They have a good selection of snacks etc. to go with your chosen drink all this can be purchased for a very reasonable price.

If you are in Chelmsford on a shopping visit or another purpose you are at the top of the High Street, near Tindal Square you will see this coffee house on the left hand side. The staff there are very nice, you can sit in or outside if the weather permits, they can provide you with a good cup of coffee to your choice, as well as some snacks other tasty morsels all for a very reasonable price. If you have gone to Chelmsford to do some shopping, once you have finished this task you fancy some refreshments why not make your way up the High Street just before Tyndall Square you will find this coffee shop on the left hand side. The staff there are very friendly, they can provide you with some lovely coffee very tasty cakes other sweet meats which you may fancy, all at a very reasonable price.

Second visit this week, with both male and female staff very unwelcoming towards me, the female barista seemed quite upset that I didn’t hear her the first time when she asked if I wanted cream. Need to welcome people in and be polite, very bad experience and it’s a shame as the coffee I had was good. Perhaps they were upset that I paid using a loyalty card. Would recommend coffee but rude and unprofessional staff.

I discovered this restaurant a few years ago, located in a charming older building with nice furnishings. I have visited many times and always enjoyed a decaf latte, often accompanied by food. However, my last visit was disappointing and today's experience was terrible. What was even worse was the lack of care from the staff. I waited at the counter to address the issue (the latte tasted and looked like standard instant coffee), but had to make myself known. There was no apology, just a rude inquiry if I wanted a fresh cup. Unfortunately, the coffee was still not satisfactory. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere and have decided to no longer use our loyalty card for this re... Ver carta
