Caffe Nero - Carta

Best coffee in Middlesbrough. People mention the ‘foreign looking customers ‘ putting them off but to me it means that the coffee must be good. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Called in whilst waiting for a train . Packed out on a Sunday teatime which tells you something. As usual great coffee (the best of all the chains) and excellent chicken and bacon toastie. Both the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We came to Caffè Nero just after seeing the over-crowded and scruffy Costa coffee just up the road, and it was like entering a calm oasis in comparison. Nice service, roomy and clean with excellent coffees in a relaxing atmosphere. Just what I expect from...Caffè Nero. Ver carta

the place is busy and the staff do a great job, I am not really a coffee drinker but I do like it here, I prefer to drink inside as I do not like those who sit outside as the tend to be oggerling young...girls, inside is totally different, only issue, wish they had enough staff to clear tables faster

Popped in on the off chance that we were passing, we have been in before.. Infact the wife has the app for collecting coffees. Massive choice in coffees. Never saw the iced drinks before which was a bonus, soya milk no extra cost. Wifi is...spot on, perfect place to pop for a cuppa and relax. Staff great and Welcoming.

I recently visited a charming cafe with a cozy atmosphere. The coffee was excellent, and I tried a unique sticky toffee pudding cheesecake. The staff were friendly, but my only complaint is that the restroom was locked with a code, and we did not receive a receipt with the code. Despite a sign indicating the restroom's location, no one was able to access it. Ver carta

I don’t know many cafes in Middlesbrough that have as many foreign customers who sit outside this cafe all day.some look quiet dodgy but however got a seat not the comfiest though,food and drink ok but not very bright light inside but staff seem ok...as rush started dinnertime,maybe a one off for me here as didn’t feel that comfortable in there surroundings.

I love it when I can buy the rocky road here! but not very often available. I like that there is a water station (water jug with cups) so you can just help yourself to hydrate. Staff always friendly and usually not too much of...a queue. Seating can be tight however, especially for my mum who is in a wheelchair, this usually requires some careful maneuvering. The front doors require someone to hold the door for her, so she only visits when I am along to assist. There is one toilet, which is generally pretty clean. The cafe has always been clean when we have visited.

Visited Caffe Nero today and since on my last visit the standards have dropped from a to a The reason why standards have dropped on today's visit is that they was one staff member doing the coffee and one staff on they break....The staff who was doing the coffee who was serving the person in front of me should of looked for the jam themselves instead of getting the other staff member who was on they break to do it. Since the staff got the customer another item should of not slammed the foot item on the plate. By the time they served me he should waiting until I finished putting my coffee order through instead of cutting me off. On my next visit to this store I hope that the standards go back... Ver carta
