Busy little coffee shop in Plymouth. Normally a que to be served but the staff are welcoming and friendly. The coffee and cakes are unbeatable. Worth the visit.

Very dirty and unhygienic . Those espresso glasses shots has to be cleaned regularly. I saw that lady put her finger into the espresso glass and poured it to cup .

Young lady knows me as a regular ,obviously has an issue with me, serves me with her back to me ,no eye contact, started to make the drink without first asking what i require, needs to brush up her customer service skills, and treat ALL customers the same

This is a nice clean Cafe Nero with friendly staff. The upstairs was busy when we came but there was a nice atmosphere. Drinks were good too. The toilets are a little weird one of those rooms within a room situations... could definitely do with a few more.
