"It looked nice and welcoming from the outside until a waiter gave us a first impression of what the place really is: a tourist trap! When they start speaking English to you, you know it right away and I am rather fluent in Italian. He wanted to know if we wanted a drink only or a bite as well, and told us to take a table somewhere inside. A few steps further, another waitress asked us to wait and asked if we wanted to drink only or have a bite. Same question again. We finally took a seat and ordered 4 bicerin, 2 cheesecakes, a lemony type of cake and a panino with salmon. The desserts arrived first. I seriously doubt they are homemade and they tasted rather artificial from a ready mix. Then came the bicerin: 5€ for a tiny glass and the hot chocolate was not even great. The waitress placed the 4 bicerin at the end of the table instead of giving us the glasses personally. Why??? Is it the way to serve beverages in a place that wants to look classy? The panino never arrived. At the time of paying we headed to the catchier and mentioned the fact that we didn't get the panino. The waitress was there and both the cashier and the waitress started arguing about what happened with the order and to whom the waitress asked the panino to be prepared. In any case there was no apology to us but it was more important for them to argue in front of us and put on a show. Anyway...don't go there! It's expensive, not good, the service is terrible and the bathroom is dirty!"

They make 12 eur open buffet with a drink. The food us good but you should be very quick to finidh your food.
