"We chanced upon 90 Bistrot on our first afternoon in Naples, when we were looking for a late lunch. It was barely 300m from our accommodation, and looked clean and inviting. It was after 15:00 and there wasn’t much food left, but we were offered two portions of a chorizo risotto dish that proved excellent especially washed down with a couple of bottles of Peroni. While we were there, the offerings for the day’s “dessert zone”, which runs from 16:00, started emerging from the kitchen, but a need to watch our calorie intake meant we weren’t able to try any of them."

nice clean and cozy bistro. two gnocchi with sauce and provola, a sausage and chicken breast in the grill, 1 marinated zucchini as contour. 1 large water, half liter of white house wine acceptable, two coffee and 1 limoncello. The bill? 32 euro

The lunch menu presents few but excelent options. I had the linguini with capers and tomato sauce and it was fantastic. This was followed by a chicken fillet in butter mouth watering! Drinks are reasonably unexpensive and I had a full bottle of white wine recommended by Renato, a costumary client, and he couldn,t have been more welcoming a great chat, also. Congratulations to Silvio and his family/staff for offering an excelent quality meal. See you soon!
