Food is terrible service is terrible rude and unhelpful do not visit or order you will be disappointed and angry the food made me and my family ill

Reading Tandoori has great staff and even better food ! I have been here numerous times and never had any issue and really not sure how this restaurant could get a bad review from anyone

Been coming here for 10 years and still cannot think of a single complaint to make. Amazing food, staff and drinks, shame as I am moving out of Reading now but will definitely pay a visit when coming back to visit my family here Ver carta

The food is very delicious. Right amount of spices and flavours. Hospitality is great and lovely staff. I would visit again and again for dinner. Excellent service and would certainly recommend to anyone around or visiting Reading.

Ordered a Birani with Tikka chicken the rice was dry and greasy filled my mouth with oil.bottom of the food co Rainer was drenched in orange oil which ran out when I tipped it upside down. Nan bread garlic was tasteless and not properly cooked wont be ordering from them again.

This restaurant is almost perfect. The food was delicious, and they were very accommodating to our vegan friend. The starters, sides, and main dishes were all fantastic, and they even gave free drinks and roses to the ladies. The staff was attentive and friendly, allowing us to take our time. I can't think of any suggestions for improvement - it's a great place. Ver carta

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The curry was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We started with popadums and all the trimmings, followed by delicious mains like chicken pasanda, mild sag paneer, and lamb korai. The dishes were cooked perfectly and incredibly tasty. I also tried lemon rice for the first time, which was delicious, and a peshwari nan that was absolutely amazing. I can't wait to go back and try their Sunday buffet!

I was a little hesitant at first being the only one in the restaurant early in the evening, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. They offered a selection of popular beers as well as a new one called Mongoose that I hadn't tried before. The option of regular or spicy poppadoms with a deliciously garlicky dip was a nice touch. The sizzling mixed kebab starter was fantastic, and the madras curry I ordered for my main dish was cooked perfectly. Overall, the restaurant was a hidden gem that I would highly recommend.

Came here for the Sunday buffet as I fancied a change I was offered poppadoms which I asked for 2 and a selection of pickles. The poppadoms tasted very oily and stale so I left them and opted to go for the buffet my first choice was chicken korma and bombay aloo along with pilau rice the korma and bombay aloo just had no authentic taste whilst the chicken was quite chewy must have been purchased from a cheap supplier my next choice chicken tikka and pilau rice. The tikka was absolutely not good I would have rather gone to sainsbury to buy a ready meal indian which would have tasted far more better certainly not impressed and to add to it a spider Web that looked years old about half a metre...
