Ich zahlte mit Kreditkarte und verzichtete auf ein Trinkgeld, weil der Service mal nicht geklappt hat (kann ja passieren). Aber dann wurde ich zusätzlich vom Kassierenden aufgefordert, ein Trinkgeld zu geben. Das bezweifelt nun der Inhaber, aber es war genau so! Er sollte also seine Mitarbeitenden besser einweisen, denn Trinkgeld ist in Deutschland eine Anerkennung für guten Service..
