"Typically, we have enjoyed better service and experiences here. Initially, everything started off well, but when we called the waiter over to express our concerns that the orange juice didn't taste right, he dismissively told us it was impossible, insisting that this is how fresh orange juice tastes and that it should have bits in it. We acknowledged that we know what orange juice with bits should taste like, but we insisted that this had an unusual flavor, almost like it had been mixed with something else, giving it traces of nuts. His response? He simply said it was impossible and emphasized that he had been working there for six years, as if that somehow guaranteed that the kitchen couldn't have made an error. It's frustrating, and we really miss the quality of service that places like Carluccio's provide, along with attentive staff!"

The Italian food was not impressive. The risotto was mushy and just clumps of rice, the linguine was overly watery, and the vegetables were poorly cooked.

First visit to the Pinner outlet but completely fulfilling.. good service, excellent food (see for yourself in the pictures attached). Special place for special occasion celebrating birthday with family, who all just love Carluccio's. It is certainly a notch above others.

It was my first time visiting Carluccio's. There was a good selection of vegetarian dishes and the food ordered was amazing. The restaurant is located on a small high street, with plenty of parking on the side road. It has a nice atmosphere to it with kind and polite staff, and very efficient service. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area. Big thank you to Serena for making our evening enjoyable

Six of us dined at Carluccio’s for a birthday celebration over the weekend, and it was an excellent choice. The food was outstanding, regardless of what each person ordered, and the prices were quite reasonable. The atmosphere was just right—lively, yet not overly noisy. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring efficient service throughout our visit. We arrived hungry and left satisfied. What more could you ask for?

My partner and I were lucky enough to have our wedding breakfast at Carluccio’s Pinner. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. We had over 30 guests and the staff were patient, kind and warm not only that, the chefs were happy for some guests to even go off menu. The food looked and tasted great. Healthy potions all freshly cooked. A great place for a meal. Five stars and more. Thanks team for a wonderful end to our wedding.

came tonight to have dinner .. in the restaurant got no one was to see when I sat, I had the Calamari star it looked nice, but was a bit on the chewing side and was not the best taesting, for nizz I ordered the sea food pasta, which could look nice with a better sauce, as it was quite blange in taestnel and only had two best kings. as for the gloomy I had no, because they took so long to take my order, I didn't want anything anymore. I personally wouldn't go back there because it was nothing special.

"before visiting myself, I had called to book a table and demand a certain type of sitting space to meet our needs. the dame over the phone advised that she could not guarantee that a table, as the restaurant fills quickly. Although this can be their policy, I cannot understand the point of booking if they cannot meet the needs of their customers. the point of booking is to prepare the restaurant for the customers and their specifications. we booked. the caffe itself is on the street and parking can be something to be superior if they are not familiar with the opposite. I believe that the parking space next to the pavement on Sunday or the rest of the week after a certain time that I cannot remember is free. once ordered, the food came hot and the staff was nice and accommodating. but I and my friend both felt sick when we ate the sausages and felt bad all day. the sausages were 80 cattle and 20 chickens, as we said. perhaps the type of oil that was used or something else there was simply a strange after taste that was not paleable for both of us. the portions themselves are quite larger, enough to fill them. the restaurant itself was packed almost completely around a few hours into the opening, so it seems like a popular place. the tables themselves are not big, so we do not have much space to move around objects, although there is not much of an annoying for us to eat. the coffees were made according to my opinion quickly and to a good standard. I also ordered from this caffe in my house and the food came as it looked in person."
