nice place,(square house) but room giving the impression of suffocation, kitchen that has nothing exceptional (relative quality price ),.service friendly

I had a very pleasant time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dishes are delicious, we have enjoyed it. I'll come back and I'll give you a strong advice.

One of the chips was incredibly rude; we had asked for the note but had remained in our glasses because usually it takes a while. Then he starts to stress us drinking up because he has others waiting for him, and when we were apparently not fast enough, he took our daughter’s deck of cards and threw it down on the ground. never was anything like that. the other siblings apologized on his behalf, and even the other tables but not the queen concerned.

The waiter took everything to get us a proper table fast, dragged chairs, took the order, very kind... But then it got busy on the terrace of the case, and all of a sudden, everything seemed to run in a hundred by a lack of waiters. We had the feeling to be ignored and had to look for the waiters for extra order or dessert. Also with other clients, we noticed the annoying and frustration. July 19 on the day of the Nimes concert we decide to drink a drink and eat tapas. the boss who is overwhelmed ensures the performance that is of good quality on the basis of simple tapas (seed and meat plate) and with cocktails of good service two days later we decide to return to this address and there it is catastrophic! the young waiter seems lost idem for the little waitress who also releases a complete disinvolture ! after a wait and a revival we are served !! the cocktail of the day does not present any presentation it is too sweet without alcohol or so little!! Tourist trap to avoid. Arrived 9pm, and we were finally served at 11.30pm. No apologies, or even attempts to let us know how long it would take. For everything from getting drinks in the bar to getting menus we had to get up and ask the waiter, who seemed to be making an attempt specifically to ignore us. The food was at best average and quite expensive.When we came to pay, we were told to get the bill ourselves inside. When we complained about the service, the owner said it was because they only had 2 waiters. If they can't physically serve people, they shouldn't keep taking customers' money or should use some of the profits they're obviously making to hire more staff. Even then, if any of... Ver carta
