"Cartoon is one of Bonn's best places to eat. It's great for all groups of people: friends, family, couples, even if you're by yourself. Their Sunday brunch is amazing great prices and the food is good every single time I visit. The staff are...also really helpful with English customers, which can be hit and miss sometimes in Germany. We were boils, actually wanted only breakfast, but the café was brought directly to us without milk when the café was already cold. We ordered three different breakfasts, now my Mediterranean was best, the other two were pretty boring. we were once in cartoon to eat hamburger. we came to this because they were highly recommended to us. Unfortunately, it was quite a disappointment. the personal was uninterested at the service first, after which our (really smaller) special request was ignored, the hamburgers did not taste at all and for the final we waited for a long time until we were allowed to pay for it. actually a lection in what can I do as a restaurant anything wrong.
