We returned yesterday after many years. Excellent food and comfortable environment. Unfortunately we were placed near the entrance door which implies comings and goings and cold air. A curious addition to the service is the cost of the dishes of 10 euros.

On the main street of the historic centre, the Casa del Brodo is almost a monument. Historic authentic restaurant of the Palermo gastronomic tradition. Simple traditional dishes cooked like your grandmother did last century. Normal restaurant prices and not super fake Gourmet restaurants to fleece tourists.

Excellent and welcoming restaurant in the historic center of Palermo. Intimate dinner with friends that exceeded all expectations thanks to the staff who were always attentive and present with discretion and panache; we chose a tasting of their flagships: broth and tortellini, sliced ​​rare, pork shank with saffron potatoes (divine), Cacio all'argentiera, macco di fave. All accompanied with an excellent Sicilian red wine and a nice Marsala at the end. Unlike all the other nearby places, which are purely touristy and all the same, here you can eat truly excellent home-made cuisine with high quality ingredients. They fear no rivals!
