I ate really well. Creative dishes. A mix of traditional Moroccan and Italian flavors. The very friendly and kind chef in the explanation of his dishes. It's absolutely an experience to do and do.

Intimate and welcoming. Surprise dinner! You can choose the number of courses and then... everything is in the hands of the chef! Great food, perfect fits. Accompaniment of selected wines very well. Always a pleasure to dine in Casapautasso.

Dinner in 6, 4 course menu. Very helpful staff but sometimes in affanno (we have repeated requests for bread, water and wine). The courses were all very interesting with an intelligent use of spices, intense flavors but never invasive and at this point the vote should be 4, but there is a but. The quantities in the dishes are not adequate or balanced. The first course is of a normal quantity for a restaurant of a good level as well as the first dish, it begins to expire with the third course, a Tajine of fish with (counted) 3 mussels and a piece of breed of about 30g (7x3x3cm). Attracted by the novelty we organized the visit to this restaurant, while knowing that we would not have found a card from which to choose the dishes, which to someone can create discomfort. The place is very pleasant, as well as the room. Brilliant and empathetic the chef who knows how to “admill” guests. Choosing the number of dishes began the journey into this “fusion” kitchen in the full sense of the term, where spices, used wisely, exalt decisive and intriguing dishes. Premise : this review only concerns the restaurant For a birthday and for the first time I find myself in this beautiful restaurant not far from Pinerolo; we are greeted by the maize that with professionalism accompanies us to the table and arrange the jackets in the appropriate wardrobe, sitting at the table I can not help but notice this beautiful garden full of trees cured and lush through a perfectly clean window. We are near Pinerolo, in a quiet corner of countryside. The room is very nice and elegant, the warm welcome. Table without tablecloth as it is in modern design, with cutlery and quality crystals. Mehdi the chef is nice and handy, and immediately communicates his innovative idea of cuisine, which previews the strong Moroccan influence and spices as trait union. The menu is in the dark, you can choose between 3,4 or 6 courses, in possible combination with wines. The kitchen therefore often changes following the seasons and intuitions of the chef.
