"On way home to Brighton after having a short break in Bristol for wife 's birthday and stopped in Bath for some lunch. Quickly looked online and saw this place and thought it would fit the bill. Arrived about 12ish and managed to get a table. Ordered the orange, ginger and carrot juice along with the salmon aka carrot and cream cheese on toast followed by carrot cake. All 3 were delicious and hit the spot. Looked and tasted great and very fresh. Service was warm and friendly. Would recommend anyone to eat here. A great way to showcase how great Vegan food can be. Keep up the good work."

Es el lugar perfecto para traer a tus amigos y familiares que aún no son veganos, para mostrar que las plantas son increíblemente deliciosas! We went to CASCARA for a late lunch and we both enjoyed a tofu scramble wrap. It was flavorful and a little spicy from the Sriracha. The side salad is a nice touch and tasted fresh. We also shared a slice of the blueberry loaf and it was delicious albeit very sweet. Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy. It probably pairs nicely with coffee. The service was very friendly as well.
