"I would like to begin the review of this lovely restaurant on the hill around chieri with a small anecdote. I had lunch at the cascina lautier one Sunday at lunch with my friend....we were promised to exchange tastes on the respective dishes chosen. Well I had taken a slice of chierese vitella in smoke cooked for several hours at low temperature.. It was so good that I couldn't stop in the degotation, forgetting about the deal with my friend. food to lose your head. kitchen, location, staff and excellent service. excellent value for money. recommended"

"You eat well... but eye you don't remove the dish while you're distracted. Nice pizza. Well done. The edge of the pizza is high in Neapolitan). "Cena con i colleghi. Menù di pesce. Tutto fresco e abbondante. Eccellente pasta di carlofortina a seppia nera. Impressionante spiedino di polpo con la burrata. Abbiamo anche provato le cozze al gorgonzola, che ha detto così sembra blasfemia invece sapere o eccellente, il gorgonzola si fonde nel sughetto rendendolo cremoso ma non è affatto invasivo, molto delicato. Vini della casa rosa e bianco spumante servizio attento cordiale e personale cordiale. Prezzo adatto per la qualità della cucina e della materia prima, considerando il menu. Per tornare a cena."

"Piacevole scoperta. Gentilezza e disponibilità fanno da contorno ad un pasto davvero di ottima qualità. La cucina è tipica piemontese quindi si potrà scegliere tra i sapori più classici della zona. Cantina molto fornita. Location molto curata con scelta sia nella parte esterna con splendida vista su Pecetto e tutta la vallata inferiore, sia nella parte interna con ampi spazi molto caratteristici. Unica cosa avrei preferito avere a disposizione i menù cartacei, invece ci sono stati detti a voce. È anche vero che noi non li abbiamo chiesti. A parte questo piccolo dettaglio venale, assolutamente da provare! Prezzi onesti rispetto alla qualità dei prodotti."
